Solo concert of Patrick Higgins will be a presentation of his latest solo album Dossier – a four-part composition for electric guitar, live electronics and sound-responsive video projection, in which the guitar serves not only as an instrument, but also a sample controller. The thick texture resembles the world of contemporary electronic music, but it is worth noting that the piece will be performed live in its entirety. The sound characteristic is rather dark, introspective, post-apocalyptic and constitutes an author’s commentary to a reality full of alienation, permeating with virtual reality and aggressive politics.

We also recommend the BODIES OF NOISE concert, in which Kwadrofonik will perform a new work by Higgins, commissioned by the Sacrum Profanum Festival.
