Concerts of the Sacrum Profanum Festival take place at Cricoteka and the Małopolska Garden of Arts. The on-site audience service provides all necessary information and assistance, if required.
Cricoteka is an institution open to all audiences. The space of the venue is accessible to people with impaired mobility. For wheelchair users, the easiest way to get into the building is from the square in front of Cricoteka, which can be reached using a small ramp from the side of the Father Bernatek Footbridge (next to the stairs leading to the main entrance) and a wider, but steeper, driveway at the Old Building. At the staircase, you can find an elevator leading to the ticket offices and changing rooms on floor -1, to the exhibition and education halls on floor 3, and to the café on floor 4.
Getting into the building by the main entrance is possible by stairs that are equipped with a wheelchair lift. If you need to use this entrance, please contact security: +48 12 442 77 70, extension: 100. Wheelchair users can get to the venue via this entrance with the help of a facility employee or an assistant.
The easiest way to get to the theatre hall located in the Old Building is by the entrance to the offices from Nadwiślańska Street – please contact the Accessibility Coordinator beforehand. You may also use an internal stair lift with the help of a security guard.
Toilets for people with disabilities are located on all floors – floor -1, floor 0 next to the theatre hall, floor 3 next to the education room and in the café on the 4th floor.
You may also rent a wheelchair for people with reduced mobility at the building’s reception desk.
