Arthur Chambry is a mysterious troubadour, walking the artistic crossroads of sound, poetry and theatre. He lives and works in his burrow-studio in Brussels.
He plays music, crafts his own instruments, he dances and writes stories and songs. When he leaves his burrow, it’s to seek wide-open spaces where the acoustics can carry his sounds, words, and voice. Alone or with others, in cellars, churches, or old warehouses, he creates intricate stories through a complex orchestration of wooden clogs, air pumps, PVC flutes, chimes, and other quirky objects. He coordinates and conducts, visibly focused yet stirred by the simultaneous flow of gestures and poetic-musical information.
In 2023, he released his album La Seuz on Futura Resistenza, and along his path, he encountered the LUFF, the Echo Festival, the Kunstenfestival, Les Urbaines, Meakusma, Sonic Protest, and more.
